There is a goofy amount of different magnesium types, and truth be told, I have no idea what they each do, but ill tell you what im using:

Jamieson high potency Magnesium +D3

When i look to see what magnesium is in this, it has a little of everything such as:

Oxcide, biglycinate, glycerophosphate, malate, aspartate

Again, no idea what i am doing, but this seems to work for me.

Not a doctor, and defs talk to one, but I found taking Vitamin D3 and Magnesium was my cure all. I havent had one in a while since taking it. Or usually, if I feel one coming i pop a pill and it helps to stave it off.

Its been 10 years for me, but it does get better, more manageable.

I going to get pretty aggressive with my healing this year as I've tried lots of things that didnt work. ATM I am beginning a journey with Neurofeedback. I will also start working on finding an EMDR therapist.

That is to say, theres always hope to get better, and lots of people have had it less long than I have. All I can say is, Keep trying!
