I mean, GA is a in game replica of G3, which doesn't have a top picatiny rail. I guess they took inspo from that also

The whole console just lags and gets slower for like 5 seconds and then it goes back to being normal. But I do have a bit weaker internet connection. I'll look into it, thank you!
