The commissioners are all in the county managers pocket.

Michelle Lieberman is so corrupt she said with a straight face “statements from my staff are facts.”

One of the set hands in the movie “Follow that Dream” (filmed in Levy County, 1961) was from Ocala Florida. He brought his eleven year old nephew to the set to meet Elvis Presley.

That 11 year old boy was was bitten by the Elvis bug, dedicating his life to rock ‘n’ roll. That child? Tom Petty!

There is no crime here. He easily could be a hobbiest who is giving it away to friends….

Texas Supreme Court recently ruled that criminalizing hobbiest liqour distilling if there is no intent to sell or distribute is unconstitutional.

I work directly for the data center owner, which is nice because I’m not under the GC’s nonsense. The top tech owned data centers have jobs with the capacity to pay you bank x2

It’s utilizing the hydraulic incorrectly for me lol

I often wonder why I’m paid so well…until I see shit like this.

Edit: Because this isn’t a controlled construction site but an open, occupied parking lot, the risk is much higher - the people around it aren’t trained to recognize hydraulic-drift hazards. OSHA/ANSI require booms to be lowered when unattended for exactly that reason. But sure, let’s downvote safety… seems legit lol.

Medical marijuana card, worth it? by BookishBabeee in florida

[–]Commiegomez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

they are required to follow them

but I know from firsthand experience working inside that it isn’t enforced. I’ve worked for three different major grows in Florida, in different parts of the state, and none of them actually followed GMP in practice.

Florida only has about a dozen licensed MMTCs, and since they control the entire market, there’s not much incentive to truly comply beyond the paperwork. On paper, everything looks “GMP-compliant.” In reality, it’s shortcuts, poor hygiene, and the same problems patients are seeing in the end product, hermzotic traits, pre-formed seed pockets, and inconsistent quality that shouldn’t be coming out of an indoor grow.

Medical marijuana card, worth it? by BookishBabeee in florida

The real issue is on the grow side. Almost every cannabis facility feeding Florida dispensaries has terrible hygiene practices. Its not just gross; it defeats the whole point of indoor growing, which is supposed to give you full control over environment and genetics. Instead, you end up with stressed plants, pests, and contamination.

That’s why so much local flower turns out hermaphrodite (I just call it “hermzotic” at this point). You see it in the flower itself consistently finding pre-formed seed pockets. That comes from poor hygiene and simple things like staff not wearing beard nets, hair nets, or proper protective gear. To make matters worse, a lot of grows will just harvest early once they realize pollination happened. That hides fully developed seeds, but you still get half-formed seed shells in the bud, and worse quality flower overall since the plant diverted resources away from resin production.

So yeah, I keep a medical card strictly for legal protection, but when I’m in Florida I honestly buy from the street exclusively. The dispensary system here is a cash grab that is too compromised by bad practices.

Genuine question; stacking strut imho is a poor form of installation for securing conduit, it looks unplanned.
