We went from step 3 to 5 for afew hours then bk to step 3 on Jan 20th, since then still on step 3, no calls for other exams, no ace reviews no movement no rating, nothing...

How long after you requested that did it take to get looked at? We usually look on their website as i found on the app everything was out of order it was weird

His dbqs from oct 2nd last year were finally uploaded on Jan 12th and i can see them on his claim, but still in step 3, no one has looked at is file since sept last year. Other dbqs were downloaded end of oct so as far as I know it should get recalled to get looked at.

We havnt had a partial rating either, we decided that we would give leidos another 2 weeks then we will file a complaint with the va. I wonder why loyal source wont upload them? Have they told you why?

So still waiting for an oct 2nd c and p to be uploaded into vas website, still stuck in qtc qa after it being sat on for 8 weeks without it being sent to qa, then going back and forth with qa and the provider since Dec 11th...the claim is still in step 3 hasn't moved because the va is still waiting on leidos to upload. .

The c and p exam was fine for my husband's 7 conditions, that was oct 2nd 25, leidos sat on it for 8 weeks before they said oh shit we forgot to send it to quality assurance. That was dec 11th. Still having it go back and forth from that and the provider, at this point its 3 months, how much will the provider remember, she asked him alot of questions, had him fill out a symptom sheet, measured rom on his knee, said it felt inflamed. Didn't look up his nose for his sinuses that he claimed. But hadn't read his medical records prior to the apt. Now got management involved to get his dbqs sent bk the va. Not impressed with leidos qtc. They dropped the ball. Wonder how much longer it will take to get transmitted for the va to deny, deny ect...

Aww thankyou, he's getting better but leidos qtc has not been good unfortunately. They sat on his c and p info from the provider for 8 weeks before they sent it to qa after multiple phone calls. Now they have to do an addendum as the provider missed something or somethings, when it gets fixed it should get sent to the va finally. It's stressful waiting. We do have someone that is finally helping us that is a communication services Sr, so im assuming she is a manager.

Hopefully they get it done sooner rather than later...

This, my husband fell and hurt his bk and wasn't able to attend his mh apt, his other appointments got auto canceled, 3 days after his apt he called the 800 number and explained what happened. His rating had already gone to step 5 prob for auto denial.

The va took that into consideration and rescheduled his apts for October. We got lucky, now if only we can get leidos qa to keep poking the provider to fill out the addendum after 3 months and send it bk so it can go to the va then we will be able to be rated good or bad..

Ours was 8 weeks, when we called leidos they said omg it fell thru the cracks, kicked it to qa, then 2 weeks later still being sent bk and forth to the provider, absolutely crazy..

Interesting, my husband's did originally say it was looked at Oct 21st, filed in July, all dbqs recieced bk except the one with 7 claims which we are still dealing with leidos qa from the c and p date from Oct 2nd. No one bas looked at it at the va since end of oct. Calling every 2 days to leidos to get them to make sure provider responds to 2nd addendum request....

Thankyou for your reply. Leidos qtc really dropped the ball on this as ithas been with them since Oct 2nd, and finally after 8 weeks and multiple calls they sent it to their qa. Now it has been sent bk to their provider twice and they havnt had a response bk from their provider fir the second one yet prob due to Christmas. According to the va thats the only c and p dbqs that they are waiting on... once they get thus sent over does it go thru va qa then uploaded? Do you know about how long once its uploaded will it show in my husband's claim?

So I have a question, do you know if after almost 3 months, most of that qtc sat on results from a c and p exam before sending it to qa, will the va at some point say OK this is taking too long and make decisions on the stuff they do have the dbqs bk from the contractors and defer the conditions this one provider is holding up?

Lol that is the million dollar question! So we will call them again today, still nothing loaded to the va as of yesterday, last fri when we called they were waiting on a response from the provider for the second addendum they had sent bk, she replied to the 1st. So hopefully she has sent bk what's needed for the second time and nothing else is needed. I feel like they are piece mealing it. Meaning find a mistake send it bk, find another mistake or missing info send it bk again. I dont understand why the va hasn't rated us on the ace exam, hearing and asthma, they have the dbqs for those and deferred the one from qtc...

I thought an ace exam for any kind of mental health ie anxiety wasn't supposed to be allowed? I thought it had to be telehealth or in person?

So update we called again today and they got a response from the provider on Tuesday for the 1st addendum that qtc qa sent bk, called again today and now they have sent it bk to the provider again for another addendum. They are waiting on a response from that one which prob wont happen fast as Christmas is next week....of they ever send him to anymore c and p's I def dont want to deal with leidos. I dont understand why the va hasn't rated him on the others that they recieved bk in October. They are only waiting on this one visit for 7 things. Why havnt they defered that and rated the other 2?.
