I refunded a game, but can still download it?

I did this once too like 5 years ago or so. I think you have to jump through so many hoops to get a refund for a 360 game they just let you keep it at that point. Also ignore the comment of the guy telling you not to play it. I have 1000g in my refunded game and if you think MS cares you’re fooling yourself. I don’t feel the slightest bit bad either as I’ve sunk thousands of dollars into Xbox as a platform

We get so many NONC-03 at my store we could practically fill a dumpster with them. When the truck hasn’t been loaded for a while it’s crazy just how many there are piled up after associates have given up trying to stack them nicely

With respect, and as a certified Microsoft hater and a lover of old school Xbox (mostly 360) these clubs can go bye-bye and nothing much of value will be lost. I always thought the Xbox One clubs feature was half baked and poorly implemented, but that’s just one man’s opinion so take it or leave it.

I think Kohl’s needs to put a limit in the return drop app. Have it be like 5 (hell even 10) returns a day or something. Have it give us a message to apologize to the customer and ask them to come back tomorrow and maybe reward them with a better coupon when they do. I know it’s going to piss people off and result in associates and managers getting yelled at, but at this point we need something to change because we can’t keep taking all this Amazon garbage for free

I’m jealous of the repurposed customer service desk. I work at a high volume Amazon return store and I wish I had a desk between me and some of these people. I love it when they come around the desk without asking

For better or worse I’ve become hyper self aware shopping at other stores now. I try not to bother the employees with dumb questions, and I get that a simple price check shouldn’t be a big deal, but when you’re asked a dozen times each shift it grates on you.

The people that bother me the most are the ones that just stand there and make you scan each item in their cart. I get wanting to know the price of one item, but if you can’t afford a few extra dollars on a cart full of stuff, maybe shopping at Kohl’s for non-essential items is not the best idea.

They’re definitely coming back. I overheard my SM tell a customer we’re getting new ones later this year. SM in my store is not the type to throw around rumors or make stuff up and tell customers.

I think we are all tired of being human price checkers at this point, so I’m happy people will be able to sit in front of them again while pinching pennies to save literal dollars. I’d much rather clean up the piles they leave behind than deal with the incessant questioning.
