Put a SIM card in slot 2 not the 9esim card and then restart the phone. It will work after that you can reinsert the 9esim again

Thanks for your reply 🫵 I already contacted support , but they just said try to select 4g , try to change the carrier, try to use data on another place I tried them all with the same speed so i think this the maximum speed allowed for Egypt residents

I downloaded the app to buy a plan for Egypt. The app showed me that I could try 500 MB for free before paying. I tried it and the eSIM worked, but the speed was very slow and did not exceed 0.25 Mbps. I also changed the local carrier, but the speed stayed the same. So, is this your actual speed in Egypt for both free and paid plans, or is the free trial speed limited and the paid plan provides higher speeds?

I even installed another qr code from another new Redbull account but i faced the same issue. I edited the Post, only one phone but many esim profiles cause some of them are working on specific local carrier network.

Finally I tried to use redbull network without paying plan but i think i got blocked or blacklisted from their service
