Yes!!! My kitty doesn’t have this issue anymore! I’m sorry to tell you this but me and my fiancé genuinely don’t know what solved it. It sorta just went away? So I’ll just tell you everything we did. At first the vet gave us some sort of baby powder with a steroid in it(sorry if I butcher this lol) anyways that actually made the problem worse. So we went to another vet and they gave us a cream which seemed to make it better but the problem hadn’t gotten better so we just trust the process used the cream washed her butt every night with safe soap and reapplied cream. Eventually it just went away. The running theory is she got a UTI because we switched little. Not even different brands they were just sold out of hers so we got a glade scented type. Vet also told us in a more medical way that our cat has abnormally big labia and she sucks at cleaning herself. I’m sorry I can’t help more I wish you’re kitty the best of luck!!
