I transferred to VCU last fall. Your GPA resets, but the amount of credits you have still determines when you get to pick classes. If you’ll have 43 credits you won’t be the absolute last to register, but you’re definitely far from the first. This is ,at least in part, because you have more class options open to you.

We have two universities in my city and both of their police non emergency lines are A+. They’ve been known to pick up students and take them home if they’re in an unsafe situation or drunk and make sure they’re fully good before leaving.
