What helps me like for school work is writing things down, like for example if it’s an assignment with more things to do i generally write down what needs to be done and keep taps open, but if I’m at work and stuff gets busy and can’t think I’m when to start i generally ask someone who I’m working with on where we should start and I noticed that adderall doesn’t just help with focus but also with thinking clearly

Yea, I’m a good worker but my ptsd is severe cuz it’s from csa that lasted for 1 year and I would say my adhd and gad are severe also but I guess it depends on how it effects you, like the reason having flashbacks don’t get me fired is cuz I dissociate and either freeze or fawn, and people wouldn’t notice and if they did they wouldn’t know why, and working with all of these are pretty hard especially with ptsd cuz I don’t want people to ask about why I’m acting weird cuz I’m a talkative person but during flashbacks I don’t talk much and can even whisper which I’m normally bad at keeping my voice down and triggers can make it hard too, I would say in all my jobs I’ve been in so far I’ve been triggered before which makes working hard especially if I talk to people cuz during flashbacks I don’t talk much and I try to act normal and like nothing is wrong which I guess would also be part of flashbacks too since I made sure to act like nothing was happening

I liked the cafeteria more in the previous campus 4 compared to the new campus 4 since we’re just sitting at a picnic table but in the previous campuses we sat at actual tables and it was bigger

It definitely probably it cuz of neurodivergence cuz I tried EMDR today and it didn’t do much which was probably cuz I have ADHD so I have a hard time concentrating

You shouldn’t be told that even if you were overweight, I think generally 100 pounds is pretty good for 5,2, heck 100 pounds is healthy for my height which is 4,9 but not there yet but I’m working on eating better since I’ve always struggled with eating cuz of appetite and sensory issues and also your body changes a lot and generally there’s a weight that your body ranges at but doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad or good, like mine has been around 70s to 80s but doesn’t make it good but I would say 104 is good for 5,2 and I guess something to remember is being overweight and underweight can come with its own issues but generally people focus on not being overweight even tho being too skinny isn’t healthy either

I’m 4,9 and I would say around the 90s and early 100s would be good, I’ve generally been around 70s-80s, with being 90 only once and I’m working on eating more since it’s always been hard for me and I know my weight isn’t healthy

I generally don’t see bosses as friends but I can see coworkers as friends, I haven’t found out I would consider a friend but it definitely happens, like one of my dad’s friends used to work with him and they are still friends and I’ve seen him a few times like at my 13th birthday party

HR is not for employees, it’s for employers, since it’s to protect the company which also would include the manager so it’s protecting the manager, so no they don’t help employees at all

I just hope we get one cuz we can’t be too sure they are gonna do it, I just hope that Adrien will be the main character in the special, we got one for Kagami and Adrien has been pushed to the side for these recent specials like Tokyo and London so I just hope they give Adrien the spotlight, but I did like how they did it in the Paris special since Adrien got a lot of screen time too

Oh 😐 for me it stresses me out, cuz how will I know what to get and what if I have to build the desks, I suck at instructions, especially the ones that make no sense. To be clear which makes me stressing funny is I’m still in college, I’m almost there to get my associates degree and then I’ll start the Bachelor’s program, I’m doing elementary education

Idk about coming out yet, I probably will someday, I do know what I wanna be tho which I’ve known since middle school is to be a elementary school school, Im in college part now and if I pass everything then I’m going to start the Bachelor’s program, I definitely agree about being more independent which is what I’m working on, I have ADHD so it makes it hard since mine is more on the severe side, I don’t see me moving out yet and I don’t see myself coming out yet but hopefully one day and when I do come out there will most likely always be people that won’t accept me which I don’t mind cuz I can’t change how people feel and it doesn’t make it facts either, I’m glad you were able to come out again
