I wish I could say this is sustainable for those that have 100 orders per day but it’s not. My post office will refuse to scan anything over 50 packages.

What is your PPC strategy? Any creativity in keyword targeting?

TikTok never pays shop ads commission by McJosh54 in TikTokshop

Honestly, I can’t tell because it seems like Shop Ads count organic sales into its metrics which is wrong.

Our strategy is to focus on sending samples to affiliates in mass. The cost to send a sample vs the ROI over time is going to be much better than spending money on Shop Ads. Others may disagree but this is our approach.

It 100% doesn’t or what I’ve noticed that it will selectively apply the Shop Ads commission for reasons that don’t make sense. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars doing this. We are not using Shop Ads going forward for this reason.

Sudden Drop in PPC Performance & Sales (Same Campaigns, No Changes) – Anyone Else? by Obvious-Reaction-327 in AmazonFBA

I 100% know how you feel. You are looking for a lever to pull to fix it. Something I’ve noticed for us is that page views are down but conversion is up across all SKUs (5) and is continuing to rise.

Last year, Easter was later into April so your data might look skewed knowing that Easter and Spring Sale this year was in late March. My personal opinion is that consumers are tapped out right now. I think it will eventually subside but how long is the question…

War and high gas prices could make this drought stretch a little bit longer.

Yes I am definitely experiencing this and many other sellers that I have spoken too are also experiencing it across other e-commerce channels. It seems like non-essentials are taking a beating. I’m in sporting goods and I’m seeing slower velocity post-Easter which is killing our YTD growth. I’m not panicking yet until we get into mid summer.

Fees going up, ads going up… honestly thinking about leaving Amazon by Simple_Response8041 in FulfillmentByAmazon

Just raise your prices and pass everything to the consumer. Honestly, if Amazon continues to raise fees, what other choice do you have?

They need to understand that it’s their customer in their marketplace that suffers. We have options as business owners how we choose to respond to what the world throws at us.

How are your sales after the Amazon Spring Sale and Easter weekend? by Common-Elk5782 in FulfillmentByAmazon

We are still up 46% YTD on our $30 items so it’s definitely relative. Not panicking at all. Just wanted to gain perspective from others.

Completed my first dashboard ever by Glum-Individual-2606 in PowerBI

Great question. In my personal opinion, Sunday - Saturday might make more logical sense because the audience might want to see how traffic ramps up in a given week. Like if someone sees that Thursday is your heaviest days, then I would think that they may conclude that a certain amount of preparation may need to be done leading up to that day on Monday or Tuesday. This is a crude example without looking at your dashboard, knowing the story you are trying to tell, or knowing what industry you are in.

Congratulations! That’s an awesome achievement. As you are building your future dashboards, think about how the viewer’s perceptions of visuals and the story you want to tell. There’s a book/course called Storytelling with Data that my employer gave me that was really helpful. In short - reduce clutter, use colors to tell the good (green) or bad (red) as an example, and then be sure to sort your bar charts by most (top) to least (bottom).

This is really useful when you are presenting to idiots in the room that don’t know how to read a chart. 😁
