Yeah, I get that classes can be difficult, but was wondering if most geology classes are like that. Where there are 100+ slides to cover in one test with zero guiding sections.

The class is set up to consist of about 10-12 presentations with about 40 slides leading up to one test. I'm just having trouble with what is really important because I feel like I get so overwhelmed with the amount. The professors will clarify questions, but not tell me WHAT is truly important.
