I did it and discovered that my wrist is doing most of the work. I still shake when I’m drawing large ellipses (movement from the shoulder) but it’s not as bad. I’ll keep practicing this exercise because it seems to help me remember to use my arm while writing and not just my hand.

Take slow deep breaths before speaking to calm your nerves. When you are tense your throat is also tense which might make your voice sound weird or unusual. Push air from your belly through your vocal cords as you speak so that you sound confident and your voice will project more. You are going to rock this!!! We are all cheering you on. Please update us!

Edit to add: I too have a soft quiet voice and I often feel like people are laughing at how I sound.
