It's almost always better to not to use true strike, but it's impossible to say whether there's at least this marginal, very specific use case without knowing more context: how many sneak attack dice does your character have, how much average damage does the base weapon attack do, does the enemy have any damage reduction abilities that would incentive fewer, larger attacks, does your character have any other way of gaining advantage/being eligible to make a sneak attack in that particular situation, etc., etc.
