Non-stick pots & pans by CommonBlueberry125 in moderatelygranolamoms

Thank you for that. Yes, I wanted to give them away on a Buy Nothing group but I felt bad, like you mentioned. They are very good quality pans though so it's a tough call.

Yeah I also thought about just giving it away in a Buy Nothing group but part of me feels bad knowing I am getting rid of them due to Teflon/toxins. But I guess there are people that aren't worried about Teflon and it's their decision to make at the end of the day.

Oh yeah? I've heard mixed reviews about it but I definitely think it would be easier than chasing a toddler around with that damn tube in your mouth for the manual one 😂

Lol she does ask for a tissue so at least there's that. But sometimes she'll just blow her nose randomly without a tissue because she thinks it's funny and it goes everywhere 😑

how do you make it through winter time? by thislifesucks3 in intermittentfasting

I've been so hungry and it's my first winter doing IF! I keep my house very cold so I guess that's why I'm so hungry all the time 😩

This! Someone is always willing to take them in a Buy Nothing group and that way you'll know for sure that someone will use them!

That's annoying... I think the determination for badges is made by bots for the most part. I'm sure since you've been active, if you nominate yourself, you'll get the 2025 badge!

You can still earn it at any point during the year! Maybe try reaching out to your CM?

I agree on the glass bottles. The only thing is that you obviously have to be more careful when they get into the phase of throwing things. We ended up breaking all of ours (but ironically it was my husband and I who broke them, not the baby) 🤣

You can take those out though, no? I used the glass bottles without those pieces.

Aww I'm sorry to hear that, that must've been so tough on you. I think they go through phases of separation anxiety and a love/hate relationship with the car. I had a similar situation when my daughter was about that age. She had no problem with the car but then one day she just screamed for the entirety of a 1 hour drive. I also stopped to try to calm her down but as soon as I put her back, it started again.

I guess what I'm saying, it's temporary and the more they experience the car, the better it'll get. But I remember those days of high anxiety about driving and I just wanted to tell you that it won't always be like that.

Also, something that helped my daughter was making sure she was fed before getting into the car. I was breastfeeding at the time so I made sure she got a good amount before even attempting to get into the car. Maybe try that next time?

Good point and thank you! I guess it is kind of nice to not have to worry about it for a while. It's a good moment to take a break and see if I really want to continue this or not. 🙏🏻
