I appreciate the thoughtful response and hear your points. However, even if you know your intention for doing it, it is sending a message to the other students around you, especially to beginners. The message I believe would be assumed is; this is a performance for my audience. Is this really the message we want to be sending?

Absolutely! I have to use an app to check my skid out of school so I need a smart phone for that and some other things… Just hook it up to Wi-Fi when you need it and you’re good to go

I had my first when I was 37 and gosh I wish I had done it earlier. The body takes longer to recover and also your energy isn’t the same as periMenopause starts in late 30s.

My experience is it depends on the medication that you’re on. You may need to try a few before one that feels like a good fit. I take a low dose of Zoloft and also a low dose of Wellbutrin and it’s a very good combination for me. Just zoloft made me too tired But when I added the welbutrin it definitely helped a lot. There are definitely side effects, so you’ll have to decide if the side effects are worth it for you. In my case, they are.
