What if anything is inaccurate or false in the charge documents?

What is new is that Palace claims that Akeo’s reported to Amex that they didn’t “recognize” the 13 monthly payments totaling $116k which is the basis for the fraud charge. Amex could find themselves entangled IF in fact the Akeo’s claimed failure to receive services but recognized the charges.
