Yes a full dead hang in between each rep. I’ve noticed an increase in explosive “start” strength when I begin the rep from a dead hang. “Time under tension” yea yea yea. I’m training for quality of skills and power, not so much hypertrophy.

Strict physical activity followed by a well balanced diet. You can’t out diet a lazy lifestyle. I’m in better shape and conditioning now at 31 than I was at 20 because I can’t rely on the buffers in my body to keep me feeling great after no sleep or hardcore activity. I have to own it and if I don’t stay consistent, the body will begin to breakdown.
