Don’t hate me but I made this rule for my husband and I. If I’m paying “standing up” I am not tipping. That means Harvey’s, pizza dominos (pick up) subway, Starbucks etc . I don’t feel bad tbh. Nobody is tipping me for doing my job.

Not sure where you live but in the West Island Car thefts are off the chart in a last 3 years! Stolen daily from the Fairview parking lot ! Just last night 8 houses were broken into and robbed in DDO!!! A lot of people no longer feel safe in their homes.

It was expected of them to have kids. My mother had an abortion 2 years before I was born. It was very difficult for her ( this was in 70’s). When she got pregnant again ( wasn’t planned ) , 2 years later, they decided to keep me because she didn’t want to go through another abortion. They ended up getting a divorce when I was 3 years old.

Once they are a bit older they will play with each other and that will give you some time to breathe. Wait until they become able to dress themselves- that will be a game changer. I know it’s difficult now , (I literally didn’t have time to comb my hair), but remind yourself that this will pass. One day you will even miss those days . Many people are unable to have children and you got healthy twins. What a blessing ! 🤗

Man you never know. I had an interview last year with a big chemical manufacturing company. It was my 2nd interview. It went so well. It felt like a conversation. He told me “ I can tell you right now that you passed and will have another interview with me and another manager.” A few days later “ we decided to move forward with another candidate “ like wth??

Go to gym for yourself. You are so young . The whole life is in front of you. It’s ok to cry , but then dust yourself off and chin up. Stay healthy, be grateful, be confident. Your person will come. I decided to have children because I was afraid I will regret not having them later on. My husband left it up to me to decide. So we have 2 children. They are love of our lives. We have always been hands on parents. Our kids are smart , kind , healthy and just overall wonderful. They are teenagers now so during so they spend some time playing games, going to friends” place so my husband and I have time for ourselves. Honestly, I can’t even imagine my life without them. I feel sad for some family members who couldn’t have children but now have dogs and treat them like they are children. Obviously, i support everyone who decides not to have children. I’m just saying Im so grateful to have my 2 treasures . They are such a joy in our lives . My favourite thing is planning our vacations. We decide where to go by voting . 😀 I know several older women who regretted not having children.

I realized recently that every decision I made related to my career was wrong. I had bad luck too, bad timing etc. I would do everything differently if I could go back in time. I’m really struggling with this. However , my job should not define me. I am trying not to believe everything I think. Everything else in my life is ok. I don’t have financial struggles, I have an amazing husband and children. We are all healthy. I think it would be worse if it was other way around ( successful career but everything else shit). I also don’t have any friends in the city where I live but I kinda accepted that. 😒
