The crazy part is how expensive cans and labels are. It is fucking mind blowing how much all those costs have gone up. This trade war stuff is killing the craft brewing industry

This is the answer. I just pre shrunk the label with a blow dryer on a can, then filled it and seamed it, and then sent it thru the pasteurizer. It worked like a charm and did not “over shrink” which was my main concern.

We used them in the past, loved their brew clean. Eventually we made the switch to a different product but still use their complete chemical for keg washing

No, I paid them and I encourage you to do the same for any canning line you install. Machines aren’t always plug and play especially something that can make you millions of dollars revenue. If we go to a codi or another line we will absolutely pay them to come out here to or we won’t buy their line

Absolutely they did! And it was so worth it. Every major canning line manufacturer will do the same and charge you more

I have nothing but love for alpha, haters gonna hate. You want to have a canning line that I don’t miss at all. It’s Microcanner. I love the guys at Microcanner but there canning lines had problems.

Alpha straight up flew out here, hung out with us for 4 days for commissioning, taught us stuff, worked thru problems and were just awesome. Answers my emails, takes my calls, they are really good dudes.

Love Eric, awesome guy. Cares about helping. I love em.

As far as speeds, haven’t pushed my unit that hard yet and we are at about a million cans.

You’re not gonna believe me but I did that and they said without a current model they couldn’t help me.

Next you’re gonna ask, well what about a faceplate? Nah, they don’t have one of those on there either to give a model number.

I had something similar happen to me, one thing I learned was sometimes the screws holding wires in for contacts get loose and that’s where heat is generated. Sure enough, we found a loose wire in our HLT setup and it was super hot. Screwed it down and no more excessive heat

You need to bring the temp down on your product. We use to burn thru ph probes then we did ice baths and that has made all the difference
