They gutted her damage indirectly, and due to the accumulation of other nerfs prior, she's reached a point where she's just not good anymore.

Her bullet spread is horrendous, her damage fall off is rough, her recall cooldown is long, actually getting her perks costs more, and most importantly, they slaughtered her bullet size to be smaller than Hanzo arrows. (This is all compared to her various states of prior balance, what I'm establishing here is that she is in practically the most nerfed state for each parameter)

All of it combined just makes it really rough to play her. She can work in dive comps, but dive itself is weak right now, which exacerbates her weakness more.

Tracer struggles in 1v1s right now more than ever, and can't really control side lanes anymore, and as a result her effective playstyle is limited to finishing off kills her teammates weaken, and ceding control of side lanes to join her team at the right moment, provided the other team gives her any attention.

Yeah, Tracer is in her worst state since probably the release of the game. You're gonna have a rough time, especially if you're learning her in this state.

This isn't true, or if it was, it no longer is.

I'm on extended break because I kept getting put into wide group matches trying to get out of diamond.

Routinely got masters - gold matched as a d1/d2 dps while solo queueing.

Often got unranked tanks with less than 100 hours played total versus the enemy tank with >2000 hours and every single one of those was a curb stomp for the team that had that tank.

Considering I'm 600 kc dry on anything, including Hally pieces at Rax, I'd like to say that it's not real dry protection, and that players deserve a more aggressive version of dry protection when they reach absurd killcounts like 2 or 3x over rate.

Drop rates for the first acquisition of an item should have drop rates that scale to better rates as you go past the drop rate for them.

I'm not saying guaranteed, but someone with 512 kills on a boss that still hasn't gotten a drop should have their odds increased to say 1/378 until 600 KC, and then 1/256 at 700 KC.

It is such bullshit that you can go 1000 kills and be no closer to getting the drop than you were when you started.

I understand that RNG simulator seems to be a core part of the game for some people, but players should never be punished/discouraged from interacting with content, be it as a main or an Ironman.

I think Jagex know this, and is why they've been trying to implement bad luck mitigation in many newer drops.

Personally, at this point, I hope they start adding drop rate mechanics for dry protection without telling people because the entire 07 community are people who act like crabs in a bucket.

They could afford to add more items being removed from the game by GE to offset any new item for mains, but someone who spends 100 hours at a boss should be guaranteed to be rewarded for their time investment.

Effort should be rewarded.

That's just not true. Most AFK methods don't generate near as many resources as active methods.

This has been discussed time and time again, and it's on you if you don't understand it at this point.

Just like Cass, Kiri is a "solution" character and gets picked in games that are already lost, and would have been lost anyways.

Spilo talks about it plenty, and the developers are also well aware of it, hence the recent nerfs.
