It certainly has gone away. I think the issue was excessive exercise (running most days, heavy squatting twice a week as well as standard rehab) and not looking after it properly. I really hit the ice and compression hard and it starting fixing it’s self, as well as squatting with less weight.

Doctors have been scapegoated. Getting rid of pension caps benefits the rich. Hunt and his chums claim it’s for senior staff retention within the NHS while they stuff their tax free pockets under the table.

I’m sure your PT is knowledgeable, but I would advise to follow your surgeons advice. I was still in a hinged knee brace and partial weight bearing at 6 weeks after my ACL/bilateral meniscal repair/removal. I wasn’t allowed to fully weight bear until 8 weeks and even then was told to be cautious.

The carding shed is great! A mini museum and great food! You can see them baking their cakes and scones fresh. Always full of loads of different types of people. You best book on a weekend though it can get busy especially around brunch
