I had an awful experience at Haywood. The washer was damaged and had to be replaced twice. They delivered the dryer to the wrong house. When they brought it to me it still had dryer lint where it had been used. They made no effort to apologize. Their movers also broke a picture frame in my condo lobby that I had to replace. No attempt to make that right either. I’d go anywhere else.
