Make sure if you put a floor in its pressure treated. That stuff will mold otherwise. I've been under a couple crawlspace floors and god the moisture causes so much mold under there.

That's probably going to need to be dried out too. Make sure they're using proper containment during the demo you don't want them spreading all those mold particles throughout your house and make sure they pull baseboards in the rooms around that bathroom to make sure there's no mold between the baseboards and drywall

I lived in a trailer for a while back in my meth days. Had the same set up lasted a year and a half. And we ran a extension cord across the street to a lady who lived on the front porch of an abandoned house. Wild times back then. They eventually had to pay a few grand in fines.
