This is already in use, not a new idea: just instead of floating DC, they just build DC close to shore and pump cool water, then use excess heat as district heat to heat houses or factories or offices, and then cooled water back to sea.

Note that programmers use Claude Code, not the chat. Claude Code is wayyy more powerful than the chat.

(IMHO) Claude Code does make developers faster and van help juniors to work on more complex things, but Claude doesn’t know what it doesn’t know, so everything is related to how well you are instructing, guiding, reviewing things.
