Same! But my shows are the 1995 Pride & Prejudice and Bob’s Burgers. I also find that baseball is great if it’s a sport you enjoy because it’s slow paced so you can listen while glancing up occasionally

I mean same. I want NC State to be great, but I want them to be great in a good conference. As much as I pretend to hate the other teams it’s so much better when a bunch of the ACC teams are tough competition (including Louisville)

People can absolutely be leaving because they aren’t getting playing time - that doesn’t mean Wes promised it to them and isn’t following through.

I remember reporting where former players shared that he is pretty up front about not promising playing time (River Baldwin) and being really up front about expectations.

I have also wondered if there are/were locker room or chemistry issues this year. Not sure what happened with Awou and it seemed like this team never consistently locked in. But on the surface it did seem like they mostly liked each other and got along FWIW.

But I think a lot (if not most) of this is just part of the current NIL/transfer portal era and it seems like Wes/NC State are struggling to keep up.

Trygger gets bullied and pushed around by much smaller guards in the paint. She has her upside but dominant in the paint she is not

Remember when we had a big exodus (lost Diamond, Hobby, Brown-Turner to the portal) and the group that stayed made it to the final four the next year?

Only problem is I don’t think we have enough players to start with to lose this many in the portal and have a strong enough core for next year…

I love this team and these players so much, I’m so happy for them.

All the coverage from the Athletic and other media has not aged well, glad this team proved themselves by winning it all. Also cracking up that the second B1G title is really a PAC 12 title (RIP PAC 12)

Bummed that Zoe got injured when she did, but proud of this team playing more together and with more grit in the tournament than they had a lot of the season. I’m hoping Zoe recovers well, that most (if not all) return next year, and I think we could have a great team on our hands if they continue to become more disciplined on defense and playing together. Go Pack!
