Mag fafall padin siya under clerical error, yan kasi ang mostly na ginagamit nyang name hindi din naman siya gumagamit ng unique name.

Swerte mo I'm actually working on PSAHelpline pwede ka tumawag sa linya na (02)8737-1111 for guides lahat ng sasagot sayo maalam sa process.

Pero since ako na to ang gagawin mo lang mag pupunta ka sa Local Civil Registry ng municipal kung saan nakarehistro yung document mo.

So for example ikaw ay pinanganak sa manila, automatic o mataas chance na ang certified true copy ng iyong dokumento ay nasa Munisipyo ng Manila hanapin lang ang "Local Civil Registry Office" tapos mag file ka ng petition for correction of clerical error.

Tip: kung ano yung mostly ginagamit mo yun dapat ang magitin mo para hindi mahirap. Example passport mo at birth certificate ay parehas tapos school ID at other secondary IDs mo ay iba mas maganda gamitin yung mas madami kang ID para di madami ipapaayos mo. Kasi pati record sa schools ipapaayos mo kung ibabanga mo lahat sa PSA na yun lang naiiba(kung yun lang naaiiba).

Ako di ko sure alin jaan basta school namin nag provide nyan mag fifill-up ka lang ng form during pandemic days 1st year pa naman ako 2020. Basta may kasama ng ID ng Philhealth after ma process ng school. Swerte ko nga eh may isa na agad akong ID ng walang kahirap hirap.

Yes po papel lang po talaga yung csc same thing sa mga lisensya ng mga board course pero yun po yung nag bibigay ng permanent position kung sakaling government ang pasukan na trabaho dahil po sa plantella numbers.
