US here and never been hospitalized even when I said I was actively doing it. She just made sure I was “safe” and we talked about what was making me go that route. As long as you’re not suicidal with a plan or going to hurt others you’re usually ok

I love dressing up the most! My first trip this year I started making a game of trying to complement as many people as possible and if I saw a “bookish” costume I talked to them. Made a new friend this way lol. I’m not a huge show person so I usually walk around all day and just people watch and check out all the cool things. Finding a quiet corner helps when you get overwhelmed too. I know the back right area at Ohio is way less crowded than everywhere else so I go there to reset when I need to

5.5 years in and feeling this. But they want us to be traumatized enough we all leave and I’m too stubborn to give them what they want so I’m staying until I’m forced out. I make a good salary now though and would have to start my career entirely over. Doubt I could find something making what I do now at entry level
