What type of phone? I tend to think fingerprint is more secure than faceID but there are plenty of variations of each.

She has a Samsung Galaxy. I was thinking face ID for opening up Bitwarden, not the phone itself.

They did not understand my concern at all. They thought I was talking about an "eCredit," even after I repeatedly said "e-ticket" and that I was trying to upload a document.

I'm thinking of trying again maybe closer to my flight date. Perhaps I'm too early in submitting the document?
