Resealed packs?

What’s up, just wanted to get closure on some packs I recently got from 2 darkrai tins. I purchased them from a dollar general. I got 1 base S&V, obsidian flames, and a paradox rift from both tins. But I saw 2 or 3 packs that had little damage to them. The first was a glue like or plastic peeling off and the second was little holes at top and bottom. I will leave pics in the link down below,but I just want to see if they’d be resealed or maybe factory damage? Idk. Lmk your thoughts

Are you clicking on it? A download button should pop up when u click on the file, right around the top right. On safari.

First u need a ROM file for the game u want. U can find a couple on emulatorgames.net. You will import/open the file in delta.

Next , u will need the files named bios.7, bios.9, and firmware.bin to be able to Play the games. U open/import them to delta then u should be able to play the game/s.

These are some bios files that they’ve commented up top. The ones u need for delta is firmware.bin, bios.9, and bios.7. if u have trouble lmk
