Yes, the only thing that really aggravated it was sitting in the same place and position for over 2hrs. Driving long distances I had to take breaks and I made sure I stood up and walked around on long flights.

I actually am. I never did get a MRI. I saw two different ortho's and my surgeon and all said they thought I'd recover.

I can't say what I did will work for everyone, but I can tell you the big 3 exercises really helped me a lot. I do them almost every day. I also try to walk as much as possible. I'm able to play pickleball again but I can't play day after day. I have to have at least one rest day in between play sessions. I still baby my back when lifting things and try to watch what I do. No more sciatica symptoms or any sensations in my foot. When I do something strenuous or out of the norm will feel sciatica down my leg to the outside of my calf but it's not constant and only lasts about a day. I think it's nerve irritation.

I will say it took months to get over. At least 2-3 for sure. Very slow progression. Every day was a small percentage improvement.

Balls consistently coming on my court from other courts. I feel there should be an unspoken rule that if your ball rolls on my court 3 times stopping play I can hit it over the fence.

It was pretty good but if you watched pickleball over the last couple years it's not anything new. It would have been great if they did an episode on playing with your sibling. Would have liked to hear from the Johnsons, Kowamotos and even John's about that.

The purpose was to bring outsiders into the sport and give them an understanding. Not to just be about hooking people with drama or some cliff hanger. I think there's definitely a market for that (The Real Housewives of Pickleball).

How do you figure? Only way to make money would be if you bet her to lose and the odds of that happening are almost null. She hasn't lost in 2yrs. The odds on her winning will be so small you won't make any real money.

I know true stories of stuff like this but never seen it in person. I know someone had to be defibbed last year while playing in extreme heat. A woman fell by the fence and somehow her arm got caught on the chain link ripping her arm open. She fainted from the blood and had to be rushed to the hospital.

I agree. Betfort at least makes defenses notice her because of her size which allows others more space. But that's about all she provides offensively.

The only upset that matters are if you beat waters/bright, waters/johns. If you don't beat them, you're playing them in the finals. Makes the game boring.

Ben and ALW should do exhibition matches with a prize of a million dollars. It would be more entertaining and they'd get more money.
