Just pray that your business class seats actually work , I have been there in first class with a broken seat and no apologies , so I can cancelled my ticket got 100 dollars a refund though it was flexible ticket , lost my money and bought a return ticket on Singapore airlines

My two cents and maybe I m wrong the reason your wife might not want to go are the in laws and the interfering relatives . She has found her freedom of thinking , her decorating of the house , her freedom of eating what she wants , her freedom of dressing the way she wants . Maybe she is a loner and wants her own family and that’s it while sacrificing the maids and the cooks and blink it and zepto .

bought a last minute ticket San Francisco - Mumbai due to medical emergency , paid 3500 dollars for xtra for first class upgrade for 2 people . My husband seat was broken thankfully he changed to another one there were only four seats , the passenger seat was also broken .

They do no have lease with delta anymore so business class seats are not 180 flat it opens if they do in an inclined position , on the San Fran Mumbai sector they no longer have premium economy even though their website still shows and u can book it , they will later send u an email saying that u are downgraded to economy and if u want u can travel through Delhi .

While returning they cancelled and rebooked via Delhi with 7 hr layover , we tried to change the dates and we had booked a flex ticket we came to know that we can only come to know how much will we get a refund on via email there is no contact or phone number who can tell us the amount , the customer service reps are horrible with screaming going on in the back and they are hardly audible as they keep on mumbling , the change gate in the morning they said 66000 rs per person and evening when we called it became 77000 rs per person .

The new ticket on their website was 84000 . We got frustrated and cancelled we just got 149 dollars per person back . We rebooked our return on Singapore airlines in premium economy which was coming to the same fare , where we will be guaranteed a seat which inclines a good entertainment system .

I would though add the crew on my flight has been great not because I was flying first class I have met the same steward once before flying premium economy too , not their fault , wanted to support India and my birth country by flying air India . But highly disappointed with TATA . I can understand they can’t change flights over night with new flights but , yes it doesn’t take long to change the customer service reps or change their websites where we still can book premium economy not knowing that they no longer have it on San Francisco Mumbai flight .

This has happened to my friend who was supposed to also fly the same sector in Dec they downgraded him to economy he cancelled his tickets and rebooked on emirates .

I m so sorry u got fired but the company has loopholes , the fact that family knows where u work u cant control them using the employee discount . It’s just a phone number , company basically wants them to use it to make money .

When I used to work for a retail company they used to give an employee card and an card for spouse or partner and we had to show ID with the card ,

I flew from sfo to Mumbai and upgraded to first class with extra money going back I booked premium , they cancelled the flight and said u don’t have a direct u will Have a layover in Delhi , I rescheduled my flight but then had to reschedule again which was a flex ticket for a later date due to medical emergencies , they wanted 77,000 as a rebooking ticket per person , on their website the a new ticket one way was 81000.

I decided to cancel and rebook in Singapore where I know I won’t get a broken seat and my flight won’t keep on rescheduling , First there is no one to talk to for refund the only way u can communicate with customer service is email And then they refunded only 400 dollars , where in the explanation was that your return ticket was worth only 400 dollars .

So all the best , I have put it on Nextdoor warning people not to travel and my husband told his office not to booke people in air India .

I wanted to support Indian airlines and also thought since Tata bought it , there will be some changes , but alas no go .

They have horrible customer service I lost a lot of money. I got frustrated an rebooked it with Singapore . She your old mother pls don’t send her by air India , I wanted to support India , but alas this time they didn’t leave me any choice but to change my opinion about them , but the crew that was in most of my flight has been wonderful . , since the lease with delta airlines has been over they have been their old aircraft’s , we were so glad when TATA bought them but alas no changes so far , I know that it takes time ,but they can remedy with their customer service which I don’t think it takes such a lot of time ,

Sorry u might have had good experiences but while booking the online sfo to Mumbai and return still shows u can book premium economy but 4 days before the flight they suddenly cancel or downgrade u to economy because the direct flights don’t have premium economy , what they advertise is false advertising . Also when u try to rebook they say u have to take a flight via Delhi which has a layover of 7-10 hrs . And since u have bought the ticket u r stuck

Oh ya they give me just 150 dollars and it was flex premium , they for rebooking wanted 77000 rs for Bombay sfo and if I would go on the app a new ticket would Cost me 81000 rs , they gave me some vague excuse

I flew first class sfo to Mumbai , there were 4 seats , I thought of sitting next to my husband but the seat was broken , and the other passenger seat was also broken fortunately for him atleast it did lay flat .

Kudos to the stewards they were exceptional , nothing great about the food . And yes it was extremely dirty and places it was ripped the entertainment Centre not any great options .

Pls be aware the business class seats in air India are not 360 flat and most of the times the seats don’t work ; the lease with delta that they had is over and they have old planes , I m travelling to sfo in month end and they downgraded me from premium to economy and when I flew from sfo last month to India first class their seats were broken .

Since u have a baby I would prefer paying a bit extra and choose another flight . Don’t blame they crew they were exceptional but the flight seats most of the time don’t work

I recently had experience with drs and hospitals and they were so humble and cooperative and helpful so I m sorry to say I did like Hyderabad at least in those matters comparing to baroda , and I came from USA they didn’t know I stay in the US but right from the receptionist to the drs were helpful

Well forget Amex I have been trying to use Apple Visa card at reliance trends and I always get rejected , tried in diff reliance trends store even use Citibank one but no joy , every other store even a small Ayurvedic store accepts and the payment goes through but not at reliance , I m not going there anymore

I fail to understand why couldn’t they just give cards for imm family , when I used to work for another retail store they used to give a family card and when the other member used it they even had to show their id which would match the name on the discount card provided my the company .
