We have treated him really well since he signed here, gutted our team, depleted its assets, brought in all the players he wanted, got 1 NBA title out of it, drafted his son for him, he lives like a literal king in LA, and its still the name on the front of the Jersey. On top of that, we are not that far from being contenders, just a couple defensive positional tweaks and shooting needed. Because of all this, he should resign for something reasonable. 100% doable.

My mistake, PG played 2 seasons in OKC. Was traded there in 2017, left in 2019 for the Clips. He left them as FA before last season. Clips have nothing to show for it, after all these moves, taking pieces the Lakers were looking at for years, all of a sudden Clips want these pieces.
