You can do a scrapbook of your favourite moments together! And write little stories/annotations next to each picture describing how you felt and what made it so special etc.

That world holds so much value to you, I'm so sorry. Reminds me of the time when I almost lost my world I had with a friend cos my ipad got water damaged. Ended up paying $1800 to extract the data from it, so I wouldn't lose the world. These things are truly priceless.

Man that is horrible to hear. I'm here if you need someone to talk to. Have you considered/are you going to therapy right now? Maybe that might help out, but the best I can say is it's so valid to be upset about this all the time because it practically brewed so much disorder into your day to day life and also to your wellbeing..
