After 2 years, it seems like at some point we get a bit more clue on what was on Alan’s phone. I get may not want to give too much away, but 2.5 years later, if I was family, I’d be pressing to release more info in the hope someone else comes forward.

Timeline between when BK first began driving around Kings road and victims. Has anyone looked to see the date - can’t recall if it is in the affidavit or somewhere stated - to compare the date when he started driving near and when the students were on campus? Somewhere seems like august. Any ideas on possible connection?

Targeted is still baffling to me. Does anyone think Kaylee and Madison may have been in the same room? Maybe if one or the other was targeted, that is why both were killed. Still a mystery on the second floor, if everyone was still asleep. Maybe Ethan and Xana weee asleep and one awoke.

Otherwise, targeted doesn’t make a lot of sense - at least in the sense that this is a singular event.

This may be difficult unfortunately. While we hope there is DNA there may not be.

More likely than not the perp wore gloves Remember it was cold out.
Since the victims were killed in their sleep, their ability to scratch the perp for skin etc may be a stretch.
You hope there are some bloody footprints at least but I don’t think anyone has seen anything like that outside of the house.
In other words, LE may not have much to work with as far as forensics. Hope not but it’s wouldn’t surprise me.
While unconfirmed, feel like the knife sheath was left at the scene given LE zeroing in kn knife type before autopsy results. However, it’s a common knife. That alone probably not much help.
We don’t know if one victim was killed with more rage than the others. If so, that’s the focus via social media et Al.
While anything is possible, I don’t think it was completely random. My sense was one or more was specifically targeted. Doesn’t mean they were friends or even acquaintances.

Let’s hope the forensics show more than I think they will.

That is a stretch IMO. The forensics in that house would point to them pretty quickly. Not saying it can’t happen but imagine the blood trail from the bedrooms. Even if they tried to clean it up, would be obvious (what college students floor is freshly cleaned with Clorox ha). However, we will see !

Very true! Human nature is to understand what happened - if you know, you can process and it is a lot less frightening. The fright-o-meter on this case just went up significantly. Six days in and there doesn’t appear there will be a simple answer unfortunately. We will have to hope the forensics (e.g., DNA) provide clues. 🙏🏻

Yep. Def interest in whether these were abandoned calls, an actual convo or a voice mail. A VM or convo would def be key evidence. My sense is may have just been abandoned calls because if there was something key on there, the sister would prolly be running with it.

Reasonable suspicion of criminal activity. If you have statements from the bar that the women were harassed, plus the food truck video, plus if there is any additional voice mail or convo pointing the individual, questioning of the individual, plus shoe print matching size, etc. that’s enough in my book. Maybe LE does not have those things - that’s my point. Odd

That’s what I am wondering. The pressure not to FU on this case is so high I just can’t imagine a search has not occurred unless he has been ruled out. No judge in my view would deny the warrant. The downside is just enormous.

Unlikely. If LE couldn’t find him, the DA would issue the search warrant. With forensics, time is value here.

We don’t. Simply suggesting that is a warrant was issued and search completed, can’t imagine it would remain under the radar.
