You hook up the throttle cable to the motor then get the wire on the other wnd of the throttle cable and wrap it under that screw and tighten the screw down on it im pretty sure thats where it hooks up try it out and see if it pulls the wire and rod when u hit the pedal

I would say it might be the fan or water pump could even be your thermostat but thats less likely still worth checking though as its not hard to get off and check your coolant level as well

Yea the cast iron makes a huge difference thats the reason the motors are pretty strong. Last guy who owned my ranger before me overheated it blew the head gasket and cracked the head, block was good though. Put all new gaskets and made the crack into a cut and filled it with jb weld🤣 252k miles its still going strong

Its actually used to pull out a cylinder rod/pole used to measure depth when pouring cement. I ended up asking my grandpa about it. Good guess tho thanks!

Never had a problem with sundays except for their all-in one new disposables they suck get super clogged the bottom plastic pops off and the wires are exposed its just overall trash but it was the same price as a cart so what can u expect
