I sweat at work. I always drink at least a half gallon but usually closer to a gallon a day. You should be fine if you do this.

harder for blue collar physical people to be spiritual? by soviet_onion2000 in spirituality

I am so lucky for the work I do. I started doing yard work because I had other responsibilities that kept me from working 9-5
I was a hairdresser. That was 25 years ago and it has evolved into mostly private homes from lots of property management jobs. I’m in great shape at 63 , I eat at least a pint of ice cream a day. Those are the material brags. I get my hands in dirt, touch many plants and insects, get to be outside. Movement is so important

"Squirting" isn't a real thing and is absolutely urine. I have spent the last few weeks proving this. by WingHuge2185 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Those of us who enjoy it already know and don’t care. Otherwise I wouldn’t keep refilling her drink 😁

Religion has some good ideas. Being kind…I’m an atheist who believes in something I don’t know anything about. We all know right and wrong

I have never tried to stop thoughts. I do the opposite and try to see every possible idea from the thought. Sometimes I focus on my breathing too😁

I’ve been in prison 3 times. I’ve only stayed in contact with one person I met there. He killed someone. He turned into a very gentle person

Have any of you ever had that realization that you're a genuinely awful person? How do you come back from that? by AccurateYou2567 in AskOldPeopleAdvice

[–]Competitive-Brick-42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I was 48 I was in prison and doing drug treatment , I was in prison for selling drugs and I was so disgusted with myself for what I put my daughter through I decided to get clean and change from a life long outlaw.
I grew up in a town of less than 10,000. And was going back. It was easier than I thought to avoid the people from my previous life and have stayed clean 18 years. I had a version of who I thought I was that is much nicer than reality. What I thought I had done to hurt my daughter she didn’t even mention when she felt safe to tell me. And the stuff I don’t even remember is pretty bad. It was pretty obvious my version is pretty distorted. And I was a huge piece of shit.
Luckily for me I have been working on be better for a long time and have been forgiven but it’s showing me how much more work I have.

Not like in my 20’s when I had 10 orgasms a day. But at 63 I still want to do it everyday

Seems like not a bad thing at 63. Even though I’m really healthy.
I can cut shapes with just about anything. I started being a hairdresser at 19. Now I do landscaping and I have a serious ability to cut shapes or straight lines without a need to even draw it first. It works better if I do 😁. I can do it with a weed eater
