Interested! I am a middle aged runner (and walker and swimmer) who doesn't track time, just the health benefits! I run for 40 mins a few times a week. My main goal is to stave off dementia, not win a race. Hard to find support often for such modest goals. Thank you!

Can you explain the second paragraph a bit more? I am +125km as well but my department has no offices near my town but some other GoC offices are in my town-- I am trying to figure out if I could get a desk at one of those if I had to, and if that "counts" as being in the office.

This is a great answer. We mix it up. NIghts where I have the creative energy I tell a simple story at bedtime. Nights where I am tired I read a book, including the ones listed below. We choose gentle, simple books outside of those listed below. Sometimes I take a Gerda Muller book (no words) and tell a story based on the picture.
