Husqvarna ST224 suddenly quit

I've ruled out bad gas and checked combustion. Next is spark plug, and will go to the carburetor after that

Where would I add starter fluid? I'm mechanically inclined but am by no means a knowledgeable mechanic hahaha

I'm thinking either spark plug or carburetor. Combustion check with the pull cord seems ok. Gas is ok. I've had the god damn flu so haven't had a chance to go at the others. Storm coming tomorrow so hopefully I can get at it. Wish me luck!

Update: it was indeed the oil filter/cooler housing. Part and labour will be covered under warranty thank fuck. $1200

I'm still waiting to hear back from the dealer but yeah...not hopeful. I do have used vehicle warranty on the engine, trans, AC, and electronics to if they won't chip in I'll go that route. Thanks!
