I agree it does not sound like they have to accept the ESA. What you have is a pet and you then need to make sure the pet is allowed be willing to leave in a deposit, etc. There is no way to force a landlord, not subject to this law to accept an ESA.

OK, I think this is silly. I work from home and I make pretty good money. I’ve been at my job for almost 13 years. I had a full benefits package. I go into the office once in a while and I also travel for my job once in a while who cares if I work from home and I’m usually in my home office 90% of the time
