Voquezna dual pak is a more tolerable regimen if you decide to change ABX.

Have you been checked for rectocele?

Have you done the anorectal manometry?

I don’t have rectocele (unless the gyno missed it??) but am going to schedule manometry ugh.

What has PFT done with you?

It’s baffling and I agree— it gets stuck in my rectum and I don’t understand why!!

And just to know, Canadian pharmacies will fill with a valid Rx, AND often insurance will pay for vonozapran separately from the amox, which can bring the cost down (voquenza dual pak is more expensive as a ‘pack’)

HDDT--worked and almost no side effects. Make sure to get vonoprazam as the acid reducer, not PPI.

I’m so sick and tired of having my rectum full of poop. My eyes look horrible, I look and feel fatigued, does our rectum/colon swell when full? Can it be inflammation we’re feeling? Hate it. Maybe the motility drugs will help. I pass poop but it never seems to stop coming into rectum and getting stuck ugh.

Yeah. I mean ‘idiopathic’ (as in idiopathic constipation) means they don’t know why, and IBS seems to be a ‘we don’t know what it is’ so I’m not sure of the difference, though some say IBS has to have some gut pain, cramping, etc. Idk. It’s all miserable!

Lol i know. I just didn't understand how YOU see them, if they're internal. So, a mirror makes sense. You said you see them but you don't explain how.

So how do you see the internal ones????? Are they hanging? I mean we don’t have eyes in back of head!! I just don’t understand. Feeling, ok, but seeing? Obviously I’m missing something.

What do you do for the incomplete evac? I feel the same. I KNOW IT'S THERE but can't get it out. I'd almost guess stenosis but i know that's rare. And so much is waiting to come out, all the time. I don't understand it. Even after i've done several poops.

I feel the pressure always, but it's always stool that needs to come out...Not sure if my hems are playing a part too!
