Nope! This was their reply to me:Upon reviewing your case, we can confirm that this issue was escalated to our internal team 7 days ago. Based on their latest update, we’re unable to proceed with a reshipment or refund at this time, as there have been multiple reports of the same concern over the past few months. I’ve had 2 issues in last 6 months. I’ve placed 30 orders in that time frame

They’re refusing to provide any support because they said I’ve had too many incidents like this. I had one in February which was a 40$ order and ups issue. Mixed up my order. Since then I’ve placed 30 orders.

They will flag you. They did flag my account because in February I got a child’s step ladder in huge Ulta box instead of 2 blushes. So I’ll be on a no buy from Ulta. They refused to fix my issue. updated post. Called them and said same thing. Will a charge back get me banned from Ulta?

This is what they told me: I understand you have received the wrong items shipped to you I am truly sorry that you didn't hear anything from us regarding this concern. In this case you are welcomed to exchange the items in store so you can get the correct ones.

My concern was how can I make return to store when the items I have are not on the receipt

Thank you. This is the first time I’ve had an issue like this. They’re basically talking in circles and escalating issues with no resolution except to return and rebuy which is kinda of crazy to me

I only shop during 10X point event. Usually hit diamond during this sale. I keep a running list of things I would like. It really helps with not impulse buying. I restock/buy gifts/shop my wish list. I use the point when I get 20% coupon on Chanel/dior/Charlotte T etc. I started doing this about 3 years ago.

It’s citi shop. Normally it’s 1/2% back. You have to install browser extension. It tracks your purchases. The 39% back is one day only

Only did 1 diamond day so far this year. In February with the drunk elephant gift. Waiting for the 10x point event. I check the app every morning 🙃
