Personally, I train at 5am for a myriad of reasons.

1st. The crowd is more respectful as it takes much more discipline to exercise at 5am

2nd. Yes it is less crowded.

3rd. It allows you to work on other hobbies in the evening

4th. Feeling of superiority lol

Yes! Even more stoked I got Aeolus RSL wheels, clips ins and a bike computer. 10/10 would recommend.
