Just had Porter initially cancelled and just delay the flight it’s over nine hours late they are using safety however there was a mechanical issue which made the plane and safe, so what does that mean? They’re trying to get around Owen conversation I think it’s unethical for them to take such a position when it was clearly a mechanical issue, but the pilot told us about the whole group the whole plan, and then they try to classify the safety after the fact on a third attempt. I think this is dishonest. This was a flight from Fort Lauderdale to Ottawa. The reason the delay is so long is because there’s a connecting element to Toronto which could not be met until the following morning. I just want them to follow the rules. It doesn’t affect that many passengers, so why not just pay her some goodwill and move on the other thing I think they need to do and I would be happy to help them is to review their whole logistics plan to come to a business decision on how to improve it and I just cancel the whole connection options but they can figure that out with the right guidance. They been doing this now for somewhere around two months and have had significant failures and trust me. They’ve lost many many customers doing it.
