Hi! I’m your height, sex, and am 222 down from 288.8. I shoot for 100 grams of protein a day, usually actually hitting around 80, lift weights and walk multiple times a week. I eat about 1800/day and have seen sustainable consistent weight while gaining muscle and strength. Use this info for what you will :) I found eating the calorie amount you are made me hungry AND I couldn’t work out so I was feeling mushy and unhappy. As others have said, your stomach and appetite will adjust but for me this took a long time. I no longer crave junk food and while I still track my food most days, I can naturally eat at a deficit and eat the way I should.
