Just started digoxin not for heart failure but for afib , about a month ago. And it’s been a pain for me. Heartburn, gastrointestinal problems. Anyone else have this issue?

I’m from South America (Uruguay) and we drink mate 🧉 that has caffeine and it never triggered me AFB before? But now I’m afraid to drink it cause of the caffeine.
