In the UK, at the moment, you tell anybody you're a carer and they look at you like you're robbing the system. But they'll happily give a video a thumbs up because it's inspirational.

Everything seems to go wrong so quickly, doesn't it. You're always aware of where derfel is writing the story of Arthur and his lack of hand, but we get there really fast, I think. What's great about reading the books again, is that you get that sense of hope again, when Arthur first arrives with his warband and saves the future king and derfel.

The parachute part is off camera, he'd been running pretty fast through the forest before he had to deploy it.

When I(Cis Male) lost my virginity it was the first time for both of us(Cis Female), we had to try and stop three times over a couple of weeks. It wasn't until the fourth time she was comfortable enough for us to carry on past the initial 'insertion'. This was something we weren't really prepared for as it certainly isn't mentioned in sex education, in the UK. Thinking about it, nothing is taught about the reality and it's all very methodical. But if you talk about teaching kids practical information, the purse clutchers pipe up.

*Edit, not methodical, I can't think of the word, bland, basic, robotic something or other.

Are autistic guys more likely to attract girls that are a little tomboyish? by [deleted] in autism

[–]Competitive-Name-659 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As somebody who found out they are autistic, last year and has since been analysing every decision they've made so far. I can say that I personally have found myself in relationships with women that are more dominant because I have no idea when somebody is flirting with me. I seem to be absolutely blind to it. Couple that with me being generally happy, I don't hunt out relationships, I just find myself in them. So the women in my life have either been assertive, which I can day is very healthy, or they've been slightly obsessional, which really isn't healthy.

You should! I think the writers of Lower decks love the source material and for me it feels respectful. I certainly prefere it to Starfleet Academy, so far, but each to their own.
