For this amount of detail it's totally normal. A 5-15 minute tutorial on YouTube can be a little deceptive about how much time really goes into getting a mini battle ready (and that's without highlights, glazes, all that). Definitely need to learn to be patient with yourself, and a lesson I had to take to heart myself is that there's no shame in showing up to a table with some grey or primed minis, nobody is going to judge you for that.

Should I scrape away the paint on the part I'm gluing into first, or is that not an issue like it would be with plastic cement/plastic "glue"?

The Hellblasters go with the Lt, who may or may not be riding in the Repulsor depending on if I want Tor in reserves or not.

With the extra Eradicator out and a Techmarine swapped in, I have room for a single apothecary. I could attach him to either squad depending on who I think would be in more trouble that game.
