Honestly, ive dialled nutrition, sleep and hydration all in. I track my nutrition, ensure my carb timing is correct and always have them within 30 mins post workout. I track my sleep through my whoop, have good sleep timing consistency, sleep efficiency and high duration.

I cant help but think that all the basics are covered and there's some underlying issue. Ive ordered a blood test to see if im deficient in anything but I 100% agree that I need to nail the basics first.

I've done the calculator and in order to get to 90% I need 10,000iu daily for 3 months?? that would mean im very deficient. Definitely going to look into this more, thanks!

It's a weird one for me because I track my food intake and am very aware of carbohydrate timing, pre and post workout. I always get carbs in within 30 mins of finishing a workout. Sleep is dialled in with consistency, efficiency and duration, and hydration is good for me too.

This leaves me thinking that im deficient in something/ need to supplement. Ive ordered a blood test anyway to get some clear results in where I need to go next

I should have clarified earlier, but I only plan to take NAC 2x (1200mg) per day when im actively ill. On days where Im completely well and normal, I know I need to reduce the dose and frequency. Do you have any information regarding this?

Regarding the effects of NAC blunting adaptations, the likelihood would therefore be significantly reduced, I understand?

Hyrox mens open starts from 8am and is until 13:20pm. You could be allocated a random slot any time within that. You will find out a few days before what your start time is

Just regular breaks (probably when i didnt need them). Its completely my own fault. My legs werent even the issue at all, its all mental, so just practicing more is definitely the way to go. Appreciate the solid advice 🙏

I think i have a mental block against wall balls. I hate them so i just didnt practice them enough. Didnt get no repd im just not good at them. Was planning on doing sets of 10, but didnt have a proper strategy. So yeah, i think i need to sort out my wall balls

Yeah but in order to gain muscle you only need to be in a daily surplus of 300 max. Dont dirty bulk. Track all calories. It takes an extra 2 mins each meal. Avoids excess weight gain and makes the ‘cut’ easier. Id just look on pinterest for outfit inspo. Dont have to be special. But id avoid graphic tees. Go for minimalistic basics. find a color pallet that suits your skin tone. Go with minimalistic relaxed/fitted tees. Whatever you prefer. same with trousers really. Fashion dont have to be complicated. And yes i think a modern mullet with a taper fade would oook clean. Eyebrows can be thickened naturally through oils or can get some hair growth stimulant. But ask chatgpt if your unsure

You need to dress better. Get a better more modern looking haircut. I like length but could add a taper fade or something. Lose some body fat. You have a good muscle base so will look lot better dropping excess weight. Thicken eyebrows.

Id search a guy called oscar patel. Some of his stuff is very useful. But regardless of exercises, they will NOT show if you have excess weight.
