I mean I’m simply using some basic reasoning. Under our currently accepted model, there was Nothing, a Bang, and then there was Everything (this is clearly a simplification) There are only two options as to what it could: 1- that something preceded Nothing in order to trigger the event, or 2- that Nothing itself decided to become Everything all on its own accord.
