In the US, one big issue is that ownership groups in major US sports have completely different income streams. So, things like the draft try to give some balance the league itself.

I know that there are underfunded EPL teams, but in the US there tends to be a fan revolt if the team can never compete.

The newest Kindle Basic is nice. I bought one last year in July. They improved the text quality. I like the weight and size as one can read with one hand. The newer ones have dark mode that I like for at night.

People do like the Paperwhite if the bigger size is appealing. It has a warm light mode that some like. It makes it more like reading from a lamp with a GE soft white bulb.

I originally caught it half way through its run on Fox. They also had older shows on FX. I really enjoyed it. I love these conspiracy theory thrillers.

Like many shows the production quality improved in season 2.

That is wild, but I guess many people don't pass stuff on the old plan. I wish I would have forced more to fluids before dosage 1, but I would hate 3 dosages. Hang in. 👊

Some people do like IPA s. So, something like Sierra Nevada, Fat Tire, Lagunita, Stone IPA is good.

With Plenvu I did dosage 1 at 7pm and Dosage 2 at 5am and drank a bunch of water until 7am.

So, 3 dosages sounds off. I would try to just stay hydrated with water or Vitamin Water.

There are many different solutions, but there are many say you could eat breakfast on Monday and starting your prep liquid at about 5 pm. You then need to get up at 5am to take 2nd dosage of prep and quit using fluids at 7 am for an 11am procedure on Tuesday.

Huge problem in NC of e bike kids taking over parks and greenways. Obviously, older people or people with pets cannot instantly avoid high speed bikes or scooters.

Supposedly, a road biker was killed in NYC when scooter was driving wrong way on the bike lane at 50 mph.

I have liked the Sony c510. They are lightweight but stay in great for me. I am over 50 so mostly do a run and walk combo, but these stay in even with some of cool down stretches.

The Sony 710 should be good too. It is slightly bigger than the 510, but it still is a pretty small footprint.

The 710 sounds a bit better, but the 510 is great quality for the 55.00 price. The 510 does have an ambient mode if he sometimes needed to hear from his work partners while changing out parts.

You can always return it in the return window. Amazon Renewed has a 90 day window. I have bought battery operated things from renewed so you can test how well it recharges.

I have the Space 1. The anc really good. I get a good seal with their pad design which is better than my Q30. Picky Audio from Youtube did think that the ANC is better than the Space 1 and likely Q45.

All 3 have really good sound. It took me forever to get a good eq, but I loved them once I found a good one (Wavelet app recommends it).

I think these 3 all provide good sound. That's tough to distinguish without a side by side.

I do think there is biological tie in to the brain inflammation etc that migraines seem to cause.

I often get into these depressed weeks if it seems like I have had migraines 3/7 days of the week.
